Our Story
Although we began our company in 2015 out of a love for seeing organizations grow and thrive and to tackle some of our metro areas' most complex challenges, it was during the summer of 2020 mass racial protests that we started being asked how we were able to move first-ever initiatives and diverse groups and their large-scale agencies forward in the midst of dissension and difference.
At this point, we knew we had something special. We focus on ground-up solutions and hone in on community stories to drive strategy development and change. We partner with a team of dedicated professionals and take a non-traditional approach to change and transformation - we start with the "people."
Our services begin with mix of research, data collection, and storytelling to ensure we are addressing root causes, then we partner with our clients to build and co-create a customized journey of strategies that benefit all.
