Meet the Team

Sheryl Ude, President & Founder
With the community at her focus, Sheryl has dedicated her career to harnessing strategy, research, data, evaluation, creative arts, and people to create, lead, and implement planning and policy solutions that work for people from coast to coast. She has solved complex issues in large metro areas and has enhanced transparency and trust among internal workforce, business community, celebrities, the public, elected officials, and chief executives. Sheryl has a track record of collaborating and leading innovative initiatives across multiple disciplines, industries, and sectors to find creative ways for agencies to more effectively lead first-ever campaigns that transform organizations. Her professional excellence has earned her countless global and local awards.

Sheryl has a degree in Political Science from U.C. Berkeley and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is also certified in Online Teaching, Performance Coaching, and Change Management.
At home, Sheryl finds balance and perspective in her role as a wife and mother to three school-aged children and a goldendoodle. She spends time serving in the Special Needs ministry and doing outreach work with unhoused populations in her community.

Uche Ude, Vice President of Operations
Uche is a community leader with over 20 years of results-driven experience producing and implementing large-scale operations in public organizations, nonprofits, and corporations. Uche is committed to seeing a vision from start to finish and ensuring clients feel that we have exceeded expectations. Uche has proven ability to lead dynamic teams through some of the most complex operations, planning, supply chain, and logistics challenges and grow multimillion dollar, thriving global markets. He brings a deep understanding of brand strategy and innovation to drive organizational goals.

Given the need he has seen through his professional experiences, he has launched several community support groups including one for men looking to amplify their purpose and a Justice ministry for church members who organize events to support unhoused, water insecure, and recently incarcerated populations. He brings a deep understanding of bridging ambitious ideas into tactical plans to drive organizational goals. He enjoys bridging his attention to detail and administrative strategy with his love for the community.

Uche has a degree in Sociology from U.C. Berkeley and a Masters of Science in Human Resources. He has a love for community service and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity.

Letitia Carpenter, Director, Project Delivery
Ms. Carpenter brings multiple years of proven experience in bridging and leading large-scale community, government, and private-sector collaborations across more than 20+ cities to advance regional, state, and federal governance and strategies. Her unmatched and hands-on approach in designing and implementing programs and initiatives, especially ones that engage government agencies in advancing racial and economic equity has garnered unwavering commitment among national leaders and recognition in program excellence and integrity in partnership design. Her multidisciplinary background in strategy development, community needs assessments, policy analysis, implementation, and evaluation continues to maximize program and community benefits.
Ms. Carpenter holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Bachelors of Arts in Biology with minors in Urban Studies and Environmental Studies from the College of Charleston and a Master’s in City and Regional Planning with a concentration in Environmental Planning and Healthy Cities from the University of California, Berkeley.
When Letitia is not working, she enjoys exploring the beaches and trails of the Bay Area, taking care of her many houseplants, and finding ways to creatively engage with her community through activities like stained glass classes and volunteering in local community gardens.
